Jolie Pearl opened its doors October 2014 with the vision of showcasing oysters from regions all over the United States and Canada. With the ability to offer our customers over 50 different types of oysters at any given time, we pride ourselves on carrying the highest quality oysters available.

Whether from the Gulf, Washington State or The Atlantic coast, each oyster has its own unique tasting profile, much like a fine wine. Jolie Pearl is an oyster lover’s paradise and our oysters are prepared eight different, unique and delectable ways.

Our guests recognize the uniqueness of the experience the minute they walk in the door. You will find reclaimed lumber, tin, and other materials original to downtown’s historic structures. Add to this the pearl white custom bars, hand-painted art walls and custom designed multi colored table tops and it’s easy to see the character and style that sets Jolie Pearl apart from the rest.
We take great pride in being part of the restoration efforts in downtown Baton Rouge and look forward to joining into its bright future. The historic charm of the Downtown Development District coupled with downtown’s emerging energy is a primary reason Jolie Pearl chose The Jolie Building as her home.
